Fondant is a sugar dough that is often used for covering cakes and making flat edible decorations for cakes and other pastries. This ready made white fondant can be colored to any color you wish using food safe color dyes!

Once rolled to the proper thickness you can cut fondant in to all kinds of edible designs for your pastries! Make sure to get the Pastry Starter Kit and watch the included video tutorial on how to use fondant and gumpaste!
